आपत्तिजनक वीडियो यूट्यूब पर पोस्ट करने के लिए ,यूट्यूब प्लेटफार्म का गलत प्रयोग के लिए उपनिदेशक सूचना विभाग मनोज श्रीवास्तव ने अपने वकील के माध्यम से गुगल को नोटिस भेजा है।इसके पूर्व श्रमिक मंत्र पोर्टल के संचालक आलोक शर्मा द्वारा सरकार,सूचना विभाग और उप निदेशक मनोज श्रीवास्तव के प्रति दुर्भावना रखने के कारण , छवि खराब करने के उद्देश्य से निरंतर आपत्ति जनक वीडियो पोस्ट करने के लिए मानहानि नोटिस भेजा गया है।गुगल को भेजे जाने वाले नोटिस में कहा गया है–I am writing to you on behalf of my client, Mr. Manoj Kumar Shrivastav, Deputy Director of the Information Public Relation Department of the Uttarakhand Government.
